Ian’s expertise spans a variety of integrated marketing disciplines and sectors, with a background that includes both client and agency roles. 

He has dedicated the last seven years to consultancy roles on the client-side, contributing to significant digital transformation projects for notable organizations such as London Marathon Events, Imperial College, Inspired Education, British Council, and Our Future Health. His work has primarily focused on the deployment of global CRM and marketing automation platforms, optimization of martech stacks, and change management.

Before shifting to client-side consultancy, Ian's career was deeply rooted in agency work, including a significant ten-year tenure with the Ogilvy Group in London and Hong Kong. During this period, he worked on high-profile accounts such as Unilever, Samsung, Nike, Emirates, Vodafone, Ford of Europe, Ford of Britain, Toyota, ING, Nikon, Nestle, Sony/Eon, Disney, and many others.
