Sofia is a Lisbon-based independent visual designer and illustrator whose passion for drawing blossomed in the early '90s. At the tender age of 3 or 4, armed with felt-tip pens and colored pencils, she began her creative journey. Today, Sofia skillfully combines digital tools with her signature playful, vibrant, and whimsical style in both art and design projects. Her diverse portfolio spans visual identity design, illustration and iconography systems, editorial illustration, signage design, and even tattoo design.

As the digital age ushered in AI-generated imagery, Sofia found herself yearning for the hands-on creativity of her early days. This inspired her to explore unique physical art forms, allowing her to express her distinctive colorful and geometric abstract aesthetic through painting, ceramics, and tapestry.
